Brazilian Pre appt Preparation
1. Start gently exfoliating the area 3 days prior to service. White oval facial puffs work excellent for the area.
2. Shower within 2 hours before appointment with a non moisturizing soap. Ex. Liquid Ivory. No oils or lotions.
3. Prior to appointment take some type of anti inflammatory drugs such as Aleve, Advil, or ibuprofen to assist with discomfort and swelling.
Brazilian 4 week maintenance
I offer a brazilian maintenance service every 4 weeks for $45. Great deal especially for the “extras” you receive from only me. That being stated, you must keep your appointment. If rescheduled past the 4 week date, service cost will resume to full brazilian cost.
At The Kula, Inc. we value our students, clients and staff and do everything possible to keep things as smooth and carefree as possible for all involved.
If you have signed up for a class and paid in advance, we understand your intent was to join us. In signing up you made a commitment to secure your spot, and in doing so, your spot is not available to anyone else.
Because of this and the limited number of spaces in our classes, we ask that if you know you cannot make it to class, that you cancel immediately; up to 60 minutes before the class to allow those on our waitlist to come. If for some reason you are unable to cancel or do not contact us you will be considered a “no show” and your paid-for class will be forfeited and or deducted from your pass.
Just like our classes, when you schedule a service with us, whether you have paid in advance or not, you are committing to the appointment and asking us to hold time for you and not to book someone else.
If you are unable to come to your scheduled appointment and do not cancel at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will consider you a “no show” and will charge you 25% of the amount of the service you were scheduled for. This will be charged to your credit card on file, or will be required PRIOR to scheduling your next service.
While we do understand that things come up in this busy world we live in, we also acknowledge the importance of adhering to a cancellation policy in order to ensure that things run smoothly for all involved.
