Adia Moreno, Owner, Nurse, Phi Brow Microblading Artist, Aesthetician, Life Coach, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor, and Reiki One Practitioner uncovered her passions in life upon relocating to Clarksville in 2013 on military orders with her husband and four children.
With only thoughts of exploring the world of Aesthetics on the game plan once settled, she was introduced to yoga as a suggestion by a massage therapist during a selfcare session. After attending her first session, she fell inpassionatly in love with the practice and made it a part of her lifestyle. She utilized the practice to assist her with processing stressors from the past and present. Implementation of this lifestyle change occurred during her studies of Aesthetics and employment as a pediatric home health nurse. Which inevitably trickled over into her practice where she would infuse well-being into embracing natural beauty and self confidence with her speciality brow and brazilian sessions. Providing support to women to be and feel comfortable in the skin they are in, holistically and not simply superficial.
Five years after relocation, she has been able to fine tune her specialties of brow sculpting and Brazilian services by continuing her professional development once licensed in the field. She has even taken brow sculpting to the next level when she introduced the art of Microblading to the Clarksville area in 2015 and became the second artist in the state of Tennessee of the prestigious world reknowned Branko Babic’s Phi Brow Microblading Academy.
Even with her RYT 200hr, she has a specialty within where she focuses on Yin Yoga. With this self exploration practice, the stress is placed on the connective tissues for an extended duration and the muscles are able to relax. Traveling to Vancouver, Canada she received certification in a 50hr intensive training and was able to train under Bernie Clark, author of “The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga”, “Your Body, Your Yoga”, “From The Gita To The Grail”, and “Yin Sights”.
Truly believing there is no threshold on learning, Adia Moreno believes that passionate skill integrated with professional development is the key to self cultivation, technique, and experience. She will always be a student practicing with intent focusing on the holistic wellbeing with every soul she encounters.
